I'm Not A Poet

How can you say you want someone, but you're so far apart?
How can you say you want them, but you don't know where to start?
How can you say you'll be there for them; but then you're no where to be found?

Aspirations.

So I was sitting in my room and a thought popped up in my head. As kids we are asked what do you want to be when you grow up. Each time a person asked us we would probably give them a different response each time.

As we became older the question changed to, 'What are your greatest aspirations in life?'

"New Year ; New Me ? "

H E L L O! Welcome back. I haven't neglected my blog or forgot to write. I've just been caught up with handling life. With all that being said, HAPPY NEW YEAR ! I know it's the 13th day of 2016 but better late than never.

Growing . . .

Remember the little girl that lost her soul? I talked to her the other day. She looked happy.. A bit happier than usual.

From our conversation she left me with a few points about life. After losing herself to that guy, she realized that she could not continue living life wondering 'What if..'

Life of A College Student!

Welcome Back !
I hope everyone had a great thanksgiving and you're counting down the days until Christmas.

As a college student this time means FINALS FINALS FINALS!!

A Letter to Grandma

Dear Grandma,
Let me tell you a secret, I've been counting down this day since December 2nd 2014. There you go that's the secret. *Imagines your laughter*

From April 2014, my life changed. How? Because you fell sick. In my entire life of living, Never did I hear about you being sick to the point where you had to end up in the hospital. I'll admit, I was scared from that day forward. As I learnt about your condition and the improvements as time went by I had hope that well 2015 you'd be ringing the New Year as we usually do.

Giving Thanks.

It's Thanksgiving !! The time of the year that everyone look forward to.. Especially college students.

The question that often arises is, "What are you thankful for?" To me, I personally feel that as a person you should not dedicate one day of the year to give thanks. When giving thanks you should do it everyday. Whole-heartedly; not just to seek recognition. Rather, let the thanks flow genuinely from your heart.
